After an early breakfast, travel to Lake Eyasi, a seasonal soda lake located southwest of the Ngorongoro Highlands. This remote region is home to two of Tanzania’s most unique ethnic groups, the Hadzabe and the Datoga.
Spend time with the Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa. You may join them on a morning hunting or gathering activity, learning how they use traditional techniques to survive, make fire, and communicate through their distinctive click language.
Later, visit the Datoga community, known for their pastoral lifestyle and exceptional metalworking skills. They craft tools and jewelry using traditional methods that have been passed down through generations. Return to your lodge in the afternoon for rest and dinner.

After breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the crater for a full-day game drive. Often referred to as one of the most remarkable natural wildlife areas in the world, the crater supports a dense population of animals within its enclosed ecosystem.
You will have the opportunity to see lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, hippos, and the rare black rhino. Lunch will be served at a designated picnic site within the crater. In the afternoon, continue exploring before ascending to the rim and heading to your lodge for the evening.

DAY 7 & 8: FULL DAY GAME DRIVE – SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK
Spend two full days exploring the Serengeti, focusing on wildlife-rich areas such as the Namiri Plains. Early morning drives provide excellent opportunities to witness predators as they hunt, while afternoon drives allow for further exploration of the ecosystem and its diverse species.
You may encounter lions, cheetahs, leopards, jackals, and even wild dogs, along with large herds of herbivores moving across the plains. Picnic lunches will be enjoyed within the park, surrounded by the open landscape. Evenings are spent back at camp, where you can relax and reflect on the day’s experiences.
